To register and use sbhet, you must meet all of the following conditions:
When you register, you are required to provide your real name, a valid date of birth, a working mobile number and an active payment method registered in your name. sbhet may request supporting documentation to verify any of this information at any point. Failure to provide verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until the verification is completed.
You are responsible for keeping your sbhet login credentials — username and password — confidential. sbhet will never ask for your password through any channel. If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else, you must notify sbhet at [email protected] immediately and change your password without delay. sbhet is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your login details.
sbhet processes all deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following deposit methods are currently supported on the platform:
Deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. sbhet does not accept deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties. If a deposit is received from an account that does not match your registered sbhet identity, the deposit may be reversed and the sending account blocked from future transactions on the platform.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the payments section of your sbhet account. sbhet reserves the right to modify these limits at any time with reasonable notice.
Important: Once a deposit has been credited to your sbhet balance and used in any game or betting activity, it cannot be reversed or refunded. Only unplayed deposit balances may be considered for return in exceptional circumstances, at sbhet's discretion.
You may request a withdrawal of your available sbhet balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:
JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically the fastest, often processing within minutes for verified accounts. Raast transfers also process quickly through Pakistan's instant payment system. Bank transfer withdrawals follow your bank's internal processing schedule and may take longer to reflect in your account.
sbhet reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for larger amounts or where the account has not previously completed a withdrawal. The sbhet Sports and Betting sections cover Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, Football, Esports and other sporting events. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on sbhet:
A bet is not valid until it has been confirmed by the sbhet system and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. sbhet reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors — in such cases, the bet will be settled at the correct price or voided at sbhet's discretion.
A bet may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: match abandonment, event cancellation, evident technical error in odds generation, or where a player has placed a bet in circumstances that sbhet determines to be in bad faith or in exploitation of a system error. Voided bets have the stake returned to the player's sbhet balance.
For Cricket and PSL markets, sbhet uses the official match result as declared by the relevant cricket board. In the event of a match being reduced in overs due to weather or other interruptions, markets will be settled according to the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method where applicable. Markets on individual player performance — top batsman, most wickets, player props — are settled on the official scorecard. If a listed player does not participate in the match at all, bets on that player's individual markets will be voided.
Live in-play betting is available on selected Cricket, PSL and Football events on sbhet. In-play odds update continuously as the match progresses. Once a live bet has been accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. sbhet may suspend live betting markets during certain match events — such as wickets falling, video reviews or official stoppages — and will reopen markets as soon as reliable pricing can be maintained.
sbhet supports accumulator betting, which allows you to combine multiple selections into a single bet at combined odds. All selections in an accumulator must win for the bet to pay out. If any selection in the accumulator is voided, the accumulator is recalculated without that selection. If a two-selection accumulator has one leg voided, it becomes a single bet at the remaining selection's odds.
All casino-style games on sbhet — including Slots, Live Casino tables and Fish Games — are governed by the game provider's rules as displayed within each individual game, supplemented by these Terms. The following platform-wide rules apply:
Slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each slot is published within the game's information panel. sbhet does not manipulate slot outcomes in any way beyond the RNG mechanics certified by the game provider.
Live Casino game outcomes are determined by real-dealer activity streamed in real time. Physical card shuffles, roulette wheel spins and other live game mechanics are not influenced by sbhet or the player beyond the bets placed. Game results are final once the round closes.
Fish Games use a point-based system where each creature type carries a fixed value. Ammo expenditure and creature values are displayed within the game. Payouts are calculated automatically based on the creature value and the player's confirmed hits.
If your internet connection drops during a game round, sbhet's system will complete the round automatically according to game rules. Any wins generated during a disconnected round will be credited to your sbhet balance. sbhet is not responsible for losses caused by unstable internet connections on the player's end.
sbhet recommends a stable mobile or Wi-Fi connection for Live Casino sessions. Disconnecting mid-hand in Live Blackjack may result in an automatic stand action, and in Live Baccarat the round will proceed to natural completion.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on sbhet and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of any balance:
sbhet cooperates fully with law enforcement and relevant authorities in cases involving suspected fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity. Player balances may be frozen pending investigation in such circumstances.
sbhet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms. In cases of suspected fraud, identity mismatch or prohibited conduct, suspension may occur immediately and without prior notice.

Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real money balance will be returned to your verified payment method following identity verification. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will not be returned.
Accounts that have been inactive — no login, deposit or bet activity — for a period of twelve consecutive months may be classified as dormant. sbhet will attempt to notify you by your registered contact before applying any dormancy policy to the account.
